In just three years, we transformed my : : garden into one of Athens’ go-to flower and plant destinations - a modern, beloved neighbourhood brand with loyal customers across the city and beyond.

  • What began as the long-standing family business “Plant Nursery Zachara” wanted to evolve into a new-era brand:
    a contemporary garden center with clean aesthetics, creative spirit, and a fresh identity designed for Athenian plant lovers.

    The goal:
    turn a mom-and-pop shop into a modern urban brand with personality, clarity, and a scalable future.

  • We designed a 3-year strategic growth plan that transformed every dimension of the brand.

    1. A Deep Rebrand Rooted in Nature’s Symmetry

    Nature loves symmetry - and so do flowers.
    We created an extensive visual system based on four symmetry types:

    • Symmetrical balance

    • Bilateral symmetry

    • Radial symmetry

    • Approximate symmetry

    Each symmetry was explored and translated into geometric square patterns.
    These became the brand’s distinctive identity: bold, flexible, instantly recognizable - with complete freedom in color expression.

    2. A Complete Transformation of Every Touchpoint

    We redesigned the store experience, the digital experience, packaging, signage, tone of voice, and service flow.
    Everything aligned with the new identity and the brand’s promise.

    3. Content, Campaigns & Digital Growth

    We built a strong content strategy with eye-catching monthly campaigns.
    We led the brand into flower delivery platforms (Wolt, efood) and introduced Weekly Flowers at Your Door - expanding revenue and reach.

    4. Measurable Business Growth

    The brand’s visibility exploded.
    Customer base expanded.
    Demand doubled.
