Background
Educated at the Athens University of Economics and Business (DMST Alumni), Anastasia specialized early in Design Thinking for complex, non-defined challenges/ ill-structured problems - a discipline she applies to brand strategy, communication systems, and decision-making under uncertainty.
Over more than a decade of work across Europe and the demanding Greek market, she has collaborated with established brands, startups, municipalities, public institutions, and European-funded projects.
Across these contexts, her work consistently sits between vision and delivery: aligning stakeholders, clarifying priorities, and protecting strategic intent as ideas move into execution.
Her experience spans both private-sector growth environments and public or institutional frameworks, where accountability, sensitivity, and long-term impact are critical.
